and if so, what model?

my needs: i am fed up with continually having to carry paper for my notes (i would write maybe a paragraph at a time) so using the stylus and recording my 'scratches' would be ideal.
also, a mobile media centre is another plus, no need for GBA movie player and mp3 player when in transit.
i believe memory modules can go to 1gig now...

who has? and what should i get? best bargins?

Shog or Marconelly should be able to help you out on this one. i'm strictly Palm OS at the moment, but i'll be switching to Pocket PC or Symbian whenever a PDA can compete with my current model in terms of features.
