Should Teyon S.A. make Judge dredd

The core idea could be to have a "Justice Meter" or something similar. Every action you take—issuing a citation, making an arrest, or, yes, using lethal force—would have an impact. The goal wasn't just to kill criminals, but to uphold the law in a very specific, Dredd-like way. You'd have to choose your targets carefully, use your Lawgiver-pistol's different ammo types strategically (incendiary rounds for fire hazards, high-explosive for barricades, etc.), and even deal with the bureaucratic side of things back at the Grand Hall of Justice.
I was picturing a game where you spend as much time investigating crime scenes and interrogating perps as you do in firefights. A game that really emphasizes the "Judge, Jury, and Executioner" aspect, but with a nuanced system that makes you feel like you're actually judging situations.

Would that be a good idea ?

I'd love CD Projekt to make this. The problem is that Judge Dredd only works if it's as blunt as the source material. The moment you deviate a little from that, it becomes dull shit.

I can't see it happening, for obvious reasons.

From what I understand the Robocop game that just came out basically is a game adaptation of the 2012 movie with a lead swap.

Anyway they're a good dev but I think to make a really cool Judge Dredd game it has to be bigger budget and larger scale than what they have done to this point.

I'd love a new Judge Dredd game, their Terminator game was pretty good and what I've played of RoboCop that was good too.

Off topic - how is the old Dredd Vs Death game? Its on Steam for a fiver - worth it?
