Show us your gaming setup: 2026 Edition

Why does this photo look like it is made by AI xD

I have to admit I've never had a "setup", just a 55" LG OLED in the living room with the one PS5 hooked up currently. I have an office as well with a proper desktop setup so I play emulated retro games there.

I live in an apartment so no sick stereo setups either, always headphones.

Lots of cool setups here! Haven't really changed mine since last year but here it goes:

This is on a corner of the living room:

xknZoZxIoflHdt0H.jpg

used to have a mechanical keyboard, but it was kinda shit after a few years of use and I've replaced it with my trusty Logitech K120.

And this goes right behind it, my dear 65" LG CX connected to the PC via an 8 meters HDMI. Took a good nap in that sofa today! :messenger_sunglasses:

Been living here for 3 or 4 years and still haven't decorated the walls. :lollipop_content:

Also here's the loft, the retro corner:

and that's all! So many videogames, so little time.

Since many people ask what I do, we used to do start up investments, several of which took off big time. Initially we had no money to invest at all, so I just worked through the nights and weekends against shares, while earning a living as a corporate salary man. When that started to pay off, we reinvested that money. Now, following some huge wins, we are not actively investing anymore.

It's been quite the adjustment as we don't come from money at all, everything is self made. Still back in 2011 we struggled to buy a new TV for this setup I posted on GAF.

As a curiosity, I posted my first setup here on GAF 24 years ago, in 2004. While those photo links are now dead, it was this setup.

We designed our own setups until 2017, after that we have employed architects who we have briefed about our style with extensive PDFs. We have people to manage our properties, and a select group of our friends have keys - so the properties won't sit empty too much.

Amazing collection of setups, some of my favorite on GAF.
I noticed that you really seem to like the Samsung Q80/Q90 TVs. Any reason why you chose them over OLEDs?
I've been looking into OLED alternatives so just curious.

Thanks! Most of our spaces have big windows and are very bright, so we need very bright TVs. Back when we picked our London and Finland TVs in late 2019, the Q80/Q90 seemed to perform best on that front. The French Polynesia one followed out of habit when we specced the house in 2023, I didn't actually research OLEDs.

This is my gaming room/office.

I went with pc this time, ps5 and xbox are in the storage I havent used them in months.
PC is ryzen 9900x, 64gb ram, rtx 5080 connected to lg c3 48" for primary gaming.

My other desktop ryzen 5600x, 64gb ram, ryx 3060ti is used mostly for boomer shooters and older titles.

Monitor is msi mini led 4k 160hz/ 1080p 320hz. I got mini led because i also use it for programming so OLED was out of question.

Edit: switch 2 is in living area gathering dust.

I have a lot of expensive crap but this old guy is what's actually worth something for me.

Always plugged in and ready to go with an 80s Wico joystick and upgraded with a Blizzard turbo card and DVI out and CF disk.
There is a C64 under there as well but currently not plugged in.

Mad respect, man.

Everything looks amazing but what is really impressive is how you got to live like that. Congrats!

Main PC room.
Havn HS 420 case with lots of noctua fans. (Love the case!) Silent and very good temps.
The difference since last year is a Astral RTX 5090 and a ROG Swift 27"4K, 240hz monitor.
Downscaled from a Aorus 32" 4K with the same specs, because it started to give me some motion sickness in a few games.

kivczVcYWk7QV62e.jpg
Living room "console" PC.
As neutral and non-flashy as possible, to fit in there (and solid sidepanel to avoid reflections from the TV.
The subtle wood on the Antec Flux is nice for a PC like this. It's got a TUF RTX 5090, undervolted a bit, which makes it fully silent, thankfully.
