I always liked Sly.
I wasn't really excited for this one.
This short increased my interest tenfold.
Absolutely delightful. It's not even the best animation, but it works. There's just so much heart. Evokes a bit of Archer.
it was good but not so well animated.
Also sony could have made these franchises(sly, jack, ratchet) a lot more popular may be not as popular as mario but closer and could have easily sold 4 5 million if they had shows for these series etc or animated movie. they have studio and resources but why dont they do it ?
Because they don't care! Unfortunately.it was good but not so well animated.

-_-You know, I don't consider myself a furry, but Carmelita has some nicely animated :Chet going on in her intro scene there. I would watch this cartoon every Saturday if it existed.
SONY WHY DON'T YOU WANT MONEY?
R&C is similar. It needs to be able to be risqué. It's not fit for most kids networks, but it's not quite Adult Swim, either.
R&C hasn't been risque since the first or maybe the second game. The 'T' rated Ratchet & Clank saga is loooooooong gone.
I've been disliking these animated cinematics for this game ever since I got my first glimpse. This was no expection, and I don't really know why I don't like them.
For one, it must be the art. That and the animation seem to be constantly inconsistent. Either the characters are off model or there's some awful Flash animation tweening going on, and right after that awesome shot of Carmelita busting through the door which looked great in motion.
I know Sucker Punch must have been working with Flash or something on their cinematics as well, but those were more like motion comics. These things are pretty much fully animated. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm really getting the impression they wanted to follow in Sucker Punch's footsteps. Thus, it feels weird going from a fluidly animated shot to pretty much a static one.
Sanzaru's certainly doing a great job on the game itself but these animated parts are slightly all over the place.
That isnt to say the games still dont have some innuendo based humor. They definitely do.Ah, I see. Haven't played one proper since Up Your Arsenal. That's a point to them then!
A trivial complaint. But It bugs me that the in-game Carmalita doesn't look like the cartoon one :/

I'm playing through the games right now and Carmalita looks much better than that... where is that shot from?
One of the YT comments makes a good point...... How did Carmelita get the flare into her hands, when they were tied behind her back?
*Cancels preorder*
The new artstyle is jarring compared to the original series.
-_-
Great video. I just love the music
By the way, amazon uk is offering this game for 30 pounds, which, i assume, is a very nice price? I just pre-ordered the game.

You can't judge me Femmeworth! I prefaced what I said with "I'm not a furry"! That means everything I say afterwards is safe! I learned that in High School!

Was Sly able to disguise himself in enemy clothing in Sly 2 & 3? I've only played the first game.
Cool, thanks.Caption worthy:
Also made these months ago in case anyone wanted 'em:

Yeah. In fact it's those paper thin disguise but somehow enemies are dumb enough not to see through.
