The floodgates have opened with Best Buy. More stores should be listing theirs at 12PM PDT.

Somehow the wario64 alert woke me up (despite this rarely happening before) and I was able to race to my pc and use bestbuy's fast checkout, finally just got my confirmation email.

I really don't know why I feel surprised that these went up at such an awful time. I knew it was NoA we were dealing with and was expecting it to be a goddamn shitshow, and yet here I am still aghast and shocked despite having expected this.

I would wager tonight. The BB release was at a random time, doubt it wasn't deliberately planned to avoid scalpers using bots to buy multiple copies. Wouldn't surprise me if it gets released at a random time again

Best Buy HQ is in Minnesota, preorders went up shortly after midnight for their local time. I'm guessing retailers were beholden to wait for a certain date (namely, today) to start accepting preorders.

I got one about 30 seconds ago. You just have to keep trying (empty cart and retry the order-I had to try about 50 times). Im guessing due to cancellations from people ordering multiple, stock is going in and out
