Basically the lower right portion of the screen works when it wants too. I went to the Apple Store and the guy told me I'm two months out of warranty and my phone battery is gonna die any day now. They want me to pay $267 for a new one. I bought the phone at Walmart, I have Verizon, and the Original iPhone 5. Is there anything I could do?
So my IPhone 5 Screen is malfunctioning. What are my Options?

Find a local mobile phone repair shop. Those things are springing up left and right everywhere you look.
I didn't even think of that, there are a few in the mall where I work.
Too bad I can't switch carriers just like that.
Replace the screen and battery yourself?
