Just logged into Dragons of Norrath for a few minutes to check out some of the new features (I haven't had time to log in a higher level character to run over to the new zones yet), but the new stuff they added is very good.
First they added in an WoW-style world atlas:
Then there's in-game email like SWG has. It looks like it may work across servers and possibly across games, but I haven't tried emailing any of my SWG characters to test it yet:
There's now a bandolier that allows you to set up different weapon configurations and swtich between them with a hotkey:
They also added a potion belt for easy access to potions:
The Barter system is like a reverse Bazaar. You enter this huge barter zone (complete with multiple rooms, tradeskill areas, and bankers) and set up what you want to buy and what you will offer for the item:
Aside from all the new zones and mission system, the other huge addition are instanced guild halls. Now since the character I logged in isn't guilded, I was only able to access the guild lobby zone where there's a corpse summoning area to summon a player's corpse and guild boards that work just like EQ's LFG/LFP interface but it looks for players searching for a guild:
