I'm saying that an omnipotent being, by definition, can do anything. That's what omnipotent means. I'm not sure why you think God has no powers over the Earth or living peoples, as that's the kind of God 99% of the people (of the Abrahamic religions) believe in. If you're referring to the maps of meaning "god" that you talked about in a previous post, that is not the same definition of "god" that most people in the world or anyone in this thread is using.

I'm also not sure if you have any logical grounds to determine to any degree of confidence if I am misunderstanding what god is supposed to be because you don't know either. And quoting Jordan Peterson's version of "God" isn't going to get you closer to the truth, either.

If there is a god or not is beyond us, we can never tell. So it's pointless to debate what a god or an omnipotent being can do. It's natural that religious people believe that their god can do whatever, but most of the teachings revolve around living a life that is just enough to where you get redeemed when you die, not by having a god interfere with the earth or their lives.

I don't think there is any god, but I have read the bible and other religious texts, and while most of it reads like gibberish, there is some amazing stuff in there that people don't want to admit because they don't want to support religion.
