Is there software that will randomize my desktop wallpaper everytime I bootup?

Wallpaper Changer. Old, but it supports everything you're likely to need, it changes the desktop background color to complement the wallpaper if it isn't large enough to fill the screen, and it smartly resamples images based on how close they are to a predetermined ratio, which prevents images with a sharply different aspect ratio from being distorted when stretched to fit the screen. And it's free.

how about something I can use to change the wallpaper only on a secondary display?

Or a slideshow app I can run? I've tried confabulator picture frame, but that doesn't randomise the images.
