Solarpunk will be released on 8 June 2026 for PC, PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Solarpunk is a survival game in a technically advanced world of floating islands. Alone or together with your friends, you can construct buildings, grow food, craft gadgets and explore distant islands with your own airship.

Use sunlight, wind and water to create an energy system and automate your processes like gathering resources and watering your plants

Looks cute and I'm interested, but also as someone who likes cozy games and punk I don't think they should be putting the word "punk" into the title of a cozy game :pie_thinking:

Was gonna say, I don't know who you are; you're new, but I agree. I am getting older, so I also agree with the "cozy games" shit, because I increasingly find myself in search of "cozy games" For example, a Retro Cozy game(s) that I would personally deem? Silent Hill 1-2. SH3 is also cozy but there are difficulty spikes in there compared to the former 2. So, I feel the first two are more relaxing to play than the 3rd, is all.

I was with you up til Silent Hill lmao. I'm a huge wuss so I end up playing horror games like 20 minutes at a time. I remember my friends had to actually bully me into finishing Soma and Resident Evil 2 remake (great games btw).

I have the main song from Silent Hill 3 in my music library, but other than that they're the opposite of cozy games for me :pie_open_mouth:.

Well, I play 1-3 almost like a Speedrunner, so basically I've beaten them many times, but they are still endearing to me. I guess that's why they're "cozy" because I am extremely familiar with them.
My Bad. Lol. That said, now Silent Hill 2 Remake is also in the cozy rotation, even tho it's the least cozy, it's just still fucking chill to play after beating everything and getting all achievements.

Dirk Benedict Dirk Benedict Actually now I think about it, I did have way less of a problem with Silent Hill 2. And the sort of Twin Peaks vibes were really nice.

I remember 3 being scarier, somehow, though. Maybe it's all the red.

2 had tons of twin peaks vibes and I can tell you from experience... you don't need to kill a lot in that game. You can run through a lot of stuff. Hard mode teaches you this through painful experience, but that's why I am imparting this to you, now. Turn off radio and turn off/on light here and there. Radio is more important.

3 has a lot of bullshit in it. The3 more you bump up the difficulty, the worse it gets. I completed that shit on Extreme 10. Fuck that game for life, after that, LOL. I still have my save from 2003.
