Some good upcoming films

Don't even have the Odyssey.

I think the Pendragon movie and Hail Mary are what I am looking forward too.

Also provide a list so I have to scrub a video.

Pendragon..............woooooooooooooooooow a film set in (semi) historically based England with............people that look like historically based English/Roman/Celts/Saxons/Norse...color me surprised!

I fall in and out of favor for taking these myths and trying to hammer them into some sort of realistic historic context, but that one looks good. Based off some book series, no doubt.

Ohh, I see its the Stephen Lawhead series. I read some of these way back in the day, but have little memory of it. I'm more familiar with the Bernard Cornwell version or MZB, even the T.H. White one.

I'm iffy on The Odyssey, Nolan can be hit or miss for me. I'm not a fan of the cast being diverse when the whole cast should be European white. It takes me out of the experience especially since this movie is adapting the Greek poem. I'm still going to watch it but I have lowered expectations

some of the trailers look good and a good trailer often means a good film
and bad trailer is 99 percent of the time a bad film

There was a movie that was actually featured as a topic here on Neogaf... a medieval action movie about a girl.

I don't remember the name, but I want to see it.

The 2025 cinema experience was abysmal. This year's lineup is looking better.

Would love more of stuff in the same style of The Green Knight
