You could stream Ghost of Yotei by November which is when the streaming games you own was added to portal.

I would assume future first party will be available to stream day one.

Cloud streaming for PS5 games in Your Library

PlayStation Plus Premium members can now stream select digital PS5 games from their own library***. At launch, thousands of PS5 games support Cloud Streaming, including blockbusters such as Astro Bot, Borderlands 4, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Fortnite, Ghost of Yōtei, Grand Theft Auto V, and Resident Evil 4.


In addition, hundreds of compatible games from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics Catalog****, including Cyberpunk 2077, God of War Ragnarök, Hogwarts Legacy, Sword of the Sea and The Last of Us Part II Remastered are also streamable directly from the cloud.

That's a mighty impressive list of games.

It's also worth noting that this list doesn't include the PS4 and PS3 games on PS Plus Premium, which can also be streamed to a PS5 console.

PS3 games aren't included, yes, around 350 i think. But there are some PS4 games as BC titles for streaming, just not all of them.

No idea, i don't own it.
But I expect this will be possible, especially for 1st party games. The list of streamable games on the portal is very large and it looks like Sony at least wants to have every somewhat important game available for streaming.

Here is a list of the streamable games, and it says something about 3457 games. Thats A LOT.

The only 1st party game I can't stream without first linking the Portal to the PS5 is GT7. And yes, you can stream them day 1 if you purchase them digitally. I'm currently playing the new GOW game on Portal. GOY, DS2 and all the others are also available to play.

Yes it was, I bought it 10 days after the release date and I remember that it was streamable because It made me think about buying a Portal.
The last available games like Sons of Sparta, Reanimal and Nioh 3 are streamable as well.
