I mean the best way would just have a ''Alphas/Betas'' tab in the webstore and make it so that the games do not appear on any search unless you specifically allow it to do that.

I hope I'm super wrong and assuming too many negatives. Surely Sony will still have something to say about what gets put on instead of just "no game-breaking bugs."

Even with a separate section it would be bad without a minimum standard.

So you're definitely for this. As game breaking bugs will be more likely to be noticed and removed if the game goes through a public alpha/beta stage.

More options for a consumer is always a good thing. They really need to put a lot of work into their online store though. I don't know about the US and EU ones but RU PS Store is total crap right now. Adding alphas and betas there will make it something beyond crap.
