No, no, no. Shut up all of you. Miyuru, best away to identify the sore or what not is just see a doctor.
I know the sore you are at least referring to. It is a sore you get when you have some type of major tramatizing gash, that is what I remember from it. I went to my doctor to find out. I was curious as to why now when I use to bite and cut the inside of my mouth all the time earlier in life. Mine was genuinely just that, result from a gash. To me it didn't look like a sore at all, (nothing like the ones on google.) It was a red, red, red spot that looked like the inside of a bad cut. At first when I discovered it I thought, "ok, no blood and no hanging flap of flesh, what gives?". I figured the must of cut right through. Then it just began to hurt really bad when anything touched, like an irritated wound. I have never had any sores in my mouth of any type or anywhere till this time (which happened 3 months ago.)
I do know that this happened in my sleep. Which wasn't uncommon for me; I just woke up and thought nothing. I get fewer gash and cuts in my mouth because during some dental work a little over a year ago the dentist used a tool to smooth out the sharp parts of my teeth responsible for it. My molars were very sharp and the dentist was well aware of this. He was surprised at the scarring inside my mouth. I've never seen them but he said I have some deep scars in there and decide to do that favor for me. He was disturb at it all and at the same time impressed.
Best thing to do is just go see your doctor.
