Another one bites the dust. However, this is no big loss. ST-E were a shitty company, with shitty policies. It's not surprising to see them go bankrupt, they didn't deliver, they had poor policies on drivers, they tried to keep everything locked down and had poor OEM support.
What's interesting is that Ericsson will probably put the modem unit on sale after they have fixed it. Potential buyers include Apple, Sony and Intel.
