Steam now allows developers and publishers to collaborate on custom game bundles

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

Steam is now offering publishers / developers an option to work together to create collaborative bundles. This could make for some really great stuff, if publishers and/or developers decide to actually use it.

For example, we could potentially see some bundles like Humble Monthly coming directly from the Steam storefront. Companies could band together to take out middlemen like Fanatical.

Stuff like this might become much more regular:

This months humble bundle is a disgrace so I'm glad that this now gives us some potential for some sort of replacement in the future.

This is a great way for publishers to dump old games past their commercial lifetime.
Valve don't get a single cent for Humble & Fanatical bundles, but they could encourage these collab bundles on Steam by lowering their own cut to sweeten the deal.
