What Steam wallet cards? I've looked again a and again and all I've seen are individually sold and a good bit above card value.

Throwing this out there, because I'll probably be asleep by the time your thread goes up. Have you considered graphic adventures (Day of the Tentacle, Indiana Jones, etc.) or a more traditional RPG such as Baldur's Gate 2?

I just looked those up on Amazon, and they look like they're overpriced. :/

Sorry if has already been brought up but a friendly PSA.

Apparently the "Can't Stop Laughing Bundle" which contains Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theater is on sale for $2.49, which is $1.25 cheaper than if you bought Battleblock Theater solo.

Except Reddit's fixing thing has nothing to do with it, it's Steam who is doing it. Reddit alone cannot make one team get over 1 million points. Not everyone on Steam is a part of Reddit either. Reddit has a minimal impact on this.

There's definitely something more than Reddit going on, there's no way this plan could be working out that perfectly. The other 4 teams neck and neck, with the pre-determined winner out by a mile.

That sucks, definitely bought Battleblock yesterday for $3.75. Oh well, still was worth it. Got through the first 4 acts with a friend last night and we had a lot of fun!

The contest is destined to become lopsided because people are more likely to contribute when their team is leading. That's why it was so easy for a few Reddit people to dominate the contest.

You can get e-cards or whatever that have as low as .50 value, so I assume people are doing it via that.

But, yeah, it's Paypal or Amazon for the rest of these, don't like the idea of being locked out of the marketplace and my only option is to wait forever on Steam Support and plausibly miss a Green day. Or them to just go 'lol whatever' and miss the whole sale. :/
