Well 3DO first had it and it was delayed many many times, then they went under and Namco picked it up. I'm pretty sure this game would have ended up as bargain bin crap if Namco didn't get involved.

I don't know about this one, lots of people seem to like it. But we got Juiced, Midnight Club 3, and Need for Speed: Underground 2 coming. And frankly they can all go to hell once GT4 and Forza come out, I know they are different types of racing games...but I dont think I will care about these arcade tuning racers once the big sims come out.
