Announcements of more Suikoden HD remasters?

Konami has announced that the next Suikoden Live information broadcast will premiere on August 5, 2025, at 8 PM Japan Time/ 7 AM ET/ 4 AM PT.

Fans can anticipate various avenues of new information for the series across roughly one hour and 30 minutes. However, specifics were not detailed. This will also mark the third Suikoden Live broadcast.

Upcoming projects include the anime adaptation of Suikoden II and the free-to-play Suikoden STAR LEAP.

A remaster of Suikoden 5 would be awesome. 3 & 4 I don't care as much for. An upgrade path for Suikoden 1 & 2 on Switch 2 would be nice too. Can't believe Konami doesn't offer the option, free or paid, it's just a res and fps bump, should be a simple thing.

Dream wish/far-fetched: Localization of both the Suikogaiden games that have never been released outside of Japan. To anyone unaware, these were visual novel games that took place during and after Suikoden 2, originally released on the original PlayStation.
