Super Mario 64 credits: DS versus N64?

Anybody have the credits for the DS version? I'd like to compare.

I beat it last night, but the credits rolled too quickly. I did notice that Shigeru Miyamoto was listed under some unusual hybrid role, like "Producer-Director" or something, and there was another plain-vanilla director listed, too. They didn't give Shigeru Miyamoto such a title for the other ports to GBA and other systems. I'm gathering that he was more involved with this game than he has been in a long time.

Would make since that he was more involved, since there are new characters and such, plus the mini-games are extremely fun. He needs to get cracking on the brand new Super Mario Brothers they debuted at the past E3 though.

Sorry to derail the topic, but is there any chance a large chunk of Super Mario 64 2's code was used in this? (4 player mode, multiple characters, etc.)

I've not seen the DS credits, but I wouldn't automatically take that credit to mean he was more involved with this than usual. He was the main director credited for SM64, so if he had the role of Producer this time they might've just combined that into Producer-Director, while whoever was in charge of the DS version specifically got the plain Director credit.

Here are the N64 credits.

EDIT: Actually, I see he's credited as Producer for the original, too. So theoretically he could've done 0 work on Super Mario 64 DS and the Producer-Director credit would just be an accurate, space-saving credit.

Like I said, though, that doesn't explain why he wasn't listed in such a capacity for the other ports but was on this one.

I guess I can beat it again, although the controls are a pain in the ass, so it's a lot harder than the N64 version. If someone else hasn't posted it, I'll post it. The name didn't look familiar to me, though.

Perhaps that's the only one where it fits? Super Mario World I know he was only a producer. Wouldn't surprise me if the same was true for SMB2/Doki Doki Panic. Can't find any credits for SMBDX.

I think his first name is something like "Shinichi," and I think his last name starts with "Ike."

Something like that.
I'm thinking Shinichi Ikematsu. I see him credited for Map Design in Pikmin 2, Dungeon Design in Ocarina of Time, and Map Design in Wind Waker.

Long-time credit whore. The first big name I remember associated with gaming is Toshio Iwawaki. Without context, my young parsing of watching the Super Mario World ending credits took his "Mario / System Director" type credit to mean he was responsible for the creation of Mario and the Super Nintendo. :)
