Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo

Dear Capcom

Please remake, reissue, rerelease, or rehash this game as soon as humanly possible so I don't have to pay 50+ dollars for it on ebay...

True to you

I want a full-blown sequel badly. Heck, they wouldn't need to do much. They could just add Zangief, Tabasa, and Ibuki from Gem Fighters (and make Akuma, Dan, and Devilot playable without a code) and that would be enough.

Freaking Capcom..... They make sequels to everything except one of their best games!!!

I wouldn't mind a SPFIIT/Gem Fighters double pack for PSP either.

(Super Puzzle Fighter 2 TURBO) but I mean come on how many Resident Evils , Street Fighters, Megaman games ........how hard could it be .......

Too buggy.
I play it every single day at work haven't experienced any problems. It does occasionaly slowdown too much and quite a few sound effects/voices are missing. But the core graphics/gameplay is there.

They should give us DS & PSP releases to make up for it. :)

A PSP/DS release with online/WiFi features and all the bells and whistles that are on the DC version would seriously be better than sex. I'm not kidding.

Dreamcast version>???

He's right. It's the version that shits all over all over versions. Has a mode that plays like a better version of Tetris Attack. And get this....

There are *7* exclusive songs from none other than Morrissey that you can unlock in the game!

I am one of the biggest
Smiths
fans ever, and yet that fact alone ensures that I'll never seek out that version. I mean, seriously,
Morrissey
? What, was
Meat Loaf
not available that weekend?

GBA version was probably my best impulse buy I ever made while I worked at EB. Generally, in my tired-ass state I'd pick up some stupid game I never intended to play. Puzzle Fighter was actually really good.

For whatever reason, I liked it most because it reminded me a lot of the Bomberman Panic puzzle game for Virtual Boy. I loved that game so much in spite of the system's uncomfortability. Puzzle fighter is the tits.

Oh, and if you want to buy my cart off me, PM me with an offer.

GBA version was pretty flawed and buggy, imho. Capcom was decent enough to issue a small-quantity reprint of the PSOne game around the same time, however, so I picked up both.

Hmm, I'm confused . You love the band but hate the fact that there's two songs from
Morrissey
in there? :headscratch:

If they made an online version of this I say, FUCK LUMINES. And I love lumines, but Puzzle Fighter is an addiction that can only bee bettered by sexy online play. Oh, and put it on PSP.

There was a crash bug in the initial versions that shipped, mine had problems, but it was fixed in later versions.

Abso-smurfly.
The Smiths

Johnny Marr

Andy Rourke

Mike Joyce
=
Whiny vegatarian
. Although if there's a way to make sure you can avoid hearing the
talentless hack's
"songs", maybe the game would still be worth picking up. Now mind you, I once drove 90 miles each way to buy
Hatful of Hollow
when it was still only available as an import... I've purchased most of their albums twice, once on LP and later on CD... I noted with cruel irony when their singles compilations were released that they had been reduced to making a
"Re-issue! Re-package! Re-package! Re-evaluate the song, double-pack with a photograph"
... I got all of the references in
Douglas Coupland's Girlfriend In a Coma
(great book BTW). If only
The Healers
had gotten half the support
the navel gazing virgin
got, the world would be a much less whiny place. :)

A
Morrissey
track in Super Puzzle fighter 2 turbo on GBA? Seriously?

Apparently so... sounds like
Debbie Gibson
must have had to do her nails that afternoon.

I rate it like thi:

1) lumines

2) super puzzle fighter

3 Mr. Driller

For me it is:

1) Tetris Attack

2) Super Puzzle Fighter

3) Tetris

Never played lumines, but it would take a miracle to beat out tetris attack. That is one of the best 2 player games I have ever played.
