So excited :) Share in my excitement!

I quite like this band. Discovered them on grooveshark's ambient radio channel.

Hmm, I could totally see myself heading to NYC to see them. I'd rather just trek to Philly though.

super hyped for this. The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place and Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Live Forever are stone-cold classics.

shit...beaten, did even see the bump.
Also for Bay Area GAF, I found out they are playing a show in Oakland (Fox Theater) on May 1st. Tickets go on sale this sunday at 10am...I'm so there.

They usually have pretty good albums. Cant listen to one song by itself or out of order, it just doesn't work like that. Can't wait to see them this summer!

Discovered this band recently on Grooveshark. Quite good.

The weird vocal rhythm sounds overstay their welcome, but otherwise it sounds great. Cannot wait to hear the rest!

That's always kind of been their shtick (and main draw, IMO) though.

I rather enjoy it when they've done it otherwise with other instruments, but the vocal sound doesn't do it for me. Just came off as irritating after a bit. :(

But maybe I'll warm up to it at some point during the next several billion listens of the song I've got planned.

Album is great, of course. I'm glad to see some different instrumentation like acoustic guitar, some different percussions and yes, even the shouts. I love it, last song is my favorite on first listen.

Might not be as good as the new Mogwai though.
