Tattooist in Fable?

I believe the main way to find tattooist's are by talking to random travelling merchants. Although, there may be one in Barrow Fields.
Tattoos never struck me as important...I wish they stuck with the earlier concept of permament Tattoos determining your spells and spell strength (at least....I ...think...that was Project Ego)

Do you mean his facial scars? Is it possible for this guy to wash his face?
Nah...I remember reading a WHILE ago (back when it was called Project Ego) about a magic system where your tattoos would directly affect your spells. A large tattoo (that represents flame) on you and a smaller tattoo (that represents ice) on you would result in you having a stronger affinity towards / more abilities in fire-based magic than ice (the concept is what stuck with me and not the details so forgive the vague example)
