Terminator 3 and The Sarah Connor Chronicles were the only shows that tried to make sense of this and at least Sarah Connor Chronicles tried something different and expand upon the narrative that AI could comprehend human emotions.

Sarah Connor Chronicles was the ONLY show or movie that got this point.

CGI didn't improve an ounce from the first trailer. A lot of scenes in that new trailer are cringe af. Looks like a fucking B tier Netflix movie at times.

T1 and 2 are near and dear to my heart and I had hopes for this reboot to finally be a worthy continuation. Looks like they failed once more. I will not spent a dime on this crap.

This action scene failed. There was no tention to it, Linda Hamilton look like she phoned in her performance, firing gun like it was a Nerf gun. No warnings everyone to move away before firing a rocket? At least Arnold's T-800 warned John Conner to get down right before he fires a shotgun at the T-1000.

I don't think she gives a flying shit in that trailer, she sees a terminator starts to shoot it, then that rocket is on a terminator far away from the others. Seems fine to me.

I have a good guess that John is dead. Perhaps this is a different timeline.

But everything ever said in the movies about John and Sarah’s relationship points to the refusal of Sarah leaving John unprotected. I imagine as John got older that role would reverse. Seeing as how the trailers indicate neither of those being true, expect him to be dead.

Definitely sounds like a step back in the right direction, even if it's not doing anything totally new.

The last 3 Terminator movies are awful because they have no reason to exist. The first 2 movies are about John Connor, first unborn & then as a teenager. Sarah is just his mom, end of. They're also vehicles (or were) for Arnold Schwarzenegger during his action 1980's prime. Arnie's own Rambo, so to speak. If you're pretending Linda Hamilton & "womenz" drove their success, you're probably smoking something pretty interesting.

The movie is going to suck, all the leaks were real.

Most of the feedback seems to be if you like TFA you will like this. Its basically T1+T2 mashed together with woke gender swap for some mary sues.

T2's core message is too woke for todays world. The fact that the movie was about the importance of a father in a young man's life, and how John goes from a punk to someone with integrity because of the Arnie would never fly, its too much toxic masculinity.
