The problem is, even if I did bring a console with me I don't know what I would play. I've avoided all the big holiday releases except Halo 2 because of a lack of time and money. I could theoretically buy something like Metroid Prime 2 to take home for the long weekend, but with finals only a couple weeks away, the last thing I need is to get caught up in a new game.

I intend to get some much-needed studying/projects done over the break (we'll see how that goes), but I know I'm gonna want to relax at some point too.

Same here, but with Feel the Magic as well. i'll probably only get a couple of hours worth of play, which'll be on the road. i intend to spend the rest of my time with my family, whom i may not see at Thanksgiving next year.

Been playing OutRun2 for about 2 hours with some nephews of mine this afternoon. Just unlocked the final events-those being endurance races. God are the fun. But talk about super long courses-the drifting back and forth between traffic and against your rival on these tracks is insane.

not all at once. I'm replaying HL2 since I played it tons last week and beat it then. basically I'd swap out OB64 and MP2 whenever I get bored with one... and CS:S was something I hadn't even played for a few weeks until last night.

Yeah, I'm loving Primal. Now I feel stupid for not buying it in 2003. Picked it up for $9 a few weeks ago from EBgames...worth every penny. The fighting might not be amazing, but it has it's moments. The graphics are awesome, top notch voice acting and cutscenes, and Jen is a great main character. It's everything I could have asked for in an action adventure game.

Any time I have a few moments to spare, it's just easier to pull out Mario 64 DS and get a star or two or play around with the fantastic touchscreen minigames.

I have Metal Gear Solid 3 but haven't had any time to start it.
