ER, at 10:00PM following the apprentice was in HD, as are almost every major hit TV show during primetime (Lost, 24, DH, etc.).

The Apprentice probably occupies that spot because the viewers are used to watching the show during that timeframe and NBC doesnt have a better show to occupy that space.
