Pretty sure this is the first image i saw of ATT lady. I don't think I even saw the commercials yet, it was a little thumbnail ad on a website telling me "The internet is horny over her!". Probably on gizmodo pos.

They definitely highlighted her assets from the start.

If you look her up on an image search, she certainly isn't shy about them and by choice as well.

How was your trip to the 1950s? In the age of WAP and the Kardashians she is being excessively modest in the most revealing pictures of her. She shouldn't be getting harrassed full stop, but she really hasn't used her breasts as a major selling point such that you can honestly say what did she expect.

Seems more like she had a bunch of racy photos when she was younger and is now trying to rebrand her image. Every AT&T commercial I have seen (I watch the NCAA Tourney so I have seen a million) she is actively trying to cover and flatten them up. Just leave her alone, clearly she is getting on in age anyway and there are plenty of others to oogle.

The experience of being a prime fixation of chan types vs being a typical model or actress of her status is not comparable. It’s understandable that she’s upset about not being able to use her social media platforms normally anymore, and totally fair for her to push back against harassment.

Never did say harassment was ok. If you watch the Kardashians and WAP, well that's on you. Not for me, I pick other things off the dollar menu.

Anyway the matter it closed and for the better, it was silly. All the best dude.

I think my issue with her is that she purpetuates victimhood and helplessness while eschewing gratefulness and empathy. All 7 billion people on the planet could find something about their life that isn't fair and whine about it. Her (a wealthy, attractive woman) acting like a tired child because it's not fair is a bit off putting.

In other words, you wouldn't play this clip at her funeral with that Green Day song (Time of Your Life) playing in the background.

She has a reason to feel helpless: it's necessary to promote her personal brand on social media as part of her occupation, but she can't escape people spamming her with sexual meme messages 24/7 now regardless of what she's doing or how she presents herself.

This isn't an A-list celebrity with millions of dollars to help offset the negative attention. She's upset, which will happen when thousands of people harass you online, and asked people to stop doing it. Have some perspective.

She wants to be known for her personality, her BRAINS. She's an "actress". Not those luscious swollen mammories filled with condensed sweet milk.

Bunch of pigs! She's someone's daughter!

Kinda seems like she used her body to propel her career when she was younger and now she wants to be more known for her social activism but the internet still only really cares about her body. Would anyone care who she was if she wasn't the "hot girl from the ATT commercials"?

Like I don't know how you put that genie back in the bottle once it's out.

She's pissed because she doesn't look like that anymore after she put on a bunch of weight.

Bitch chose her career. She wants everyone to watch her and love her, but like any celebrity they're gonna get shit on. Her commercials are hella cringe too.

Not saying she DESERVES to have people making mean comments about her online, but it is what it is.

I guess her newer commercials are working to make her unattractive. Her hair and makeup seem uncomplimentary. I wonder if her attractiveness played into her getting the job initially.

Her clothes fit her now. I always felt that they gave her a shirt that's one size too small.

I get the aspect of not wanting overly detailed unwanted sex chat. A lot of guys are very cringe about that, like Men_in_Boxes Men_in_Boxes think of how irritating it would be if after every post you made you were quoted by hundreds of cringe inducing thirsty gay men talking about their dicks, how they're stroking their cocks while reading your posts, showing you photos of their dicks, talking about how much of a load they shoot when thinking about you.

It'd get old fast and I'm sure you'd be asking them to fuck off too.

I hate it when that happens

Sometimes, a little bit of empathy goes a long way, alas it seems to be in short supply in this thread.

Having never been able to generate revenue by showing a bit of cleavage its kind of hard to get the empathy flowing. Let me walk a mile or two in her boobs and I'm sure it'll be easier. I'm sure moderating her publicly accessible social media accounts is a nightmare but unfortunately it comes with the territory. Wishing the Internet wasn't populated with innumerable horndogs won't make it happen.

I see David Jaffe gets a lot of troll comments in his streams. I've always been amazed at how frequently he interacts with the trolls, because to me, they're boring. There's nothing intellectually stimulating about reading low effort comments, written to provoke, by sad people having bad days.

These people are not living their best life. We should have empathy for them and enough self respect to know that their comments are meaningless.

The AT&T woman is no longer a child. Reading comments that bother you repeatedly shows that there's more growing up to do. Then the whole comment about "Losing the priveledge of looking at my body..." is just totally weird.

Kevin Durant does the same thing. He buys burner phones, sets up secondary social media accounts, and goes after his critics with anonymously.

To me, all this stuff may signify a culture that's zagging too much when they should be zigging.

Her being a millionaire plus her directing her own spots (objectifying herself) leads me to believe maybe she has some kind of a dom style para social persona with her more obsessive fans. "The privilege of looking at my body" is all about control.

Alls I know is she shows up a lot on random web searches from tabloid celeb sites and such, no doubt she has attracted a decent level of creeps from her fame.

Here's a scene that maybe illustrates my point better than I can. In the movie Knotting Hill, Julia Roberts plays a famous actress who falls for everyman Hugh Grant, who owns a bookstore.

Hugh Grants family has a tradition giving the last brownie to the family member who's life currently sucks the most. The stories we hear from family members before this point are legitamately sad, told in an endearing/humorous way.

That family's culture is what our goal should be.

Yeah but is she aware this won't do anything?

The reason a lot of youtubers and "influencers" say to just ignore comments you don't like is because they learn that highlighting them is giving them a form of attention and power. Even if you're punishing them or chastising them, you're acknowledging them, and they only get worse from there. Now adays when people do this on the internet, it's to get attention to claim they don't want it, an oxymoron. Now I'm not saying this is why she's doing this, but it's best to not acknowledge these type of people than to tell them how wrong they are.

Once you put something into the public space you cannot control how that is interpreted or repurposed etc. The Internet in areas like this is a total shit show, to expect or even delve into wanting to control that is an exercise in futility. She doesn't deserve harassment but there is a point where you're just beating your head against a brick wall. Go after the platforms that allow this behaviour rather than each infraction case by case. I don't see her, or celebs in general, boycotting or calling for reforms in social media policies or moderation etc (at least those would be realistically somewhat effective). They're just screaming into the prevailing winds of asshats online.

Sounds like a great way to create PR for the "AT&T" lady.
