The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth added [AB+|Rep(+)] Internal Item Descriptions to the base game with yesterdays 1.9.7.13 update. For PC players this is likely familiar since it's the functionality of a very popular must have mod giving detailed information on items, effects and synergies. With 340+ items it's hard to keep track of everything and one bad pick can ruin a run.
There's a ton of other balance changes, but getting this feature is the most important. Out now on PC (Steam/GOG/EGS), unknown when/if consoles get the update.
