anyone else listening to it?

i heard their single on vh1 insomniac music theatre and i liked it a lot. i got the album and its really good. ive read/heard some complaints about them sounding too much like radiohead and coldplay and all i can say is WHO CARES? if music is good, its good even if it sounds like another band. i keep replaying the album, it is the PERFECT sleep disc. finally a record that makes me stop listening to trail of dead.

I've heard one song of theirs a while ago and it sounded really dramatic and poppy, kinda like I would hear on a workday radio station. But it wasn't bad; I may need to hear more of them. Any songs you'd recommend?

the album is good, but it's nothing that Ben Folds didn't do a few years ago. better.

Sounds nothing like Ben Folds. At all. Nor do they sound like Radiohead or Coldplay, they sound like Travis if anything.

In any case, Keane rocks. Their CD is fantastic.

Yeah I thought the singer sounded a bit like Fran Healey actually. I've heard the album, it's not bad. Still prefer Muse- Absolution though. Of all the latest Brit-falsetto bands to put out albums recently, I still think that one's the best.

the SACD version of the album came out yesterday, can't wait to get it and hear the album in surround.
