Much of the MP stuff is outsourced anyways, so it may only be a matter commissioning new content. For that to be effective though I would think that ball would already need to be rolling.
They don't want to promote ultra violent finishers between active MP players.

Any idea about the download size on PSN? ND said they were having trouble putting it on Bluray so around 40 GB?

Probably closer to 50 if they are being honest about having trouble fitting it all on a Bluray.

I had a dream I played this and it was beautiful in the dream. I remember being in awe at the carpet on the floor, the clarity of the image and how smooth the motion was. I was exclaiming that the game had driveclub graphics for the environments or something.

No, conventionally they come in 25 or 50gb.

Kinda sucks. I dont see a disc version listed on any Indian retailers, and buying from US PSN is usually cheaper. But upwards of 40 GB is too much. I have 96 GB FUP only
The Last of Us on PS3 was ~32GB, plus 1GB for new maps, plus 5 GB for Left Behind.
PS4 version of the game will be 49.9GB lol

If I'm not mistaken, you cannot install disc version of the game and then continue playing without the disc even though you have purchased PSN version. I may be wrong, someone needs to clarify this.

This remaster will be amazing for MP because the community won't be split with DLC maps. I'd rather keep it like that.
Exactly this. Love it or hate it, this was one of the best things Guerrilla did for KZ's multiplayer. I hope Sony continues that trend with their games including with U4 or any new maps for TLoU.

This game is going to sell 2-3 million copies imo, I wouldn't doubt that 1.5 million PS4s are sold during a month timespan of this being out as well. Only remastered game I am buying that I already had the previous generation.
I'm getting this and GTAV. I traded both of them to Amazon this past week, so of course I reallly feel like playing the MP for TLoU lately.

I think that's almost unquestionable to an extent. It's still a buzz-generating title for something that's been released a year ago, it should have decent legs till the holidays. Besides, it's an easy bundle + major price drop option once sales slow down.
I think the hard-mode challenge for TLoU is selling 10+ million across PS3/PS4.
It'll probably sell 300k in the first month on NPD like other Sony first party games.

I guess with the small price drop all hope is lost of an upgrade deal. I guess i'll suck it up. I didn't play Left Behind yet so at least i have that to make it a little worth it.

I've just been watching gameplay videos of the multiplayer on PS3. Very excited, I am going to eat that shit up. I haven't seen anything of the single player so I'm glad to be going in spoiler free for that. I gotta order a good gaming headset too so I can get that surround sound experience.

I pre ordered InFamous: SS like a week before this deal went live and Sony would not give me a $10 voucher.
So yeah, no more pre-ordering for me unless Sony starts honoring them during certain sales.
