I remember how excited I was that Volcano High was going to get a US release... then I find out oh now... MTV has taken it and is going to redub the thing using rappers... bye bye original music...

I remember watching it and thinking... oh my god... what the hell have they done?

My TIVO recorded it recently and I decided to watch it again... and dammit it still sucks... though I do kinda like the music that plays when Kyeong-su Kim charges up in the finale.....

But damn... everything else still sucks ass.

I see that Hong Kong Legends has a English dubbed version.... I wonder if it's the MTV English Dub or did someone else do another English dub?

Sorry, I'm in the Sam Jackson boat. It's bad enough when rappers are taking acting jobs away from actors, but when they're taking dub jobs away from voice actors. . . Come on, some of these guys barely have a rudimentary grasp on their native spoken language; and you're letting them do voice work?

This only sells to fucktards that go, "OOH! OOH! It's so and so - I LOVE HIS NEW SINGLE!"
