Kind of stupid, but I spotted this over on that rumor engine site. Found it funny.

Sega plans on announcing Phantasy Star: Algo Saga as a surprise title at the Tokyo Game Show. The game will be a compilation of sorts, including: PSI, PSII, PSIII and PSIV. The title will include behind-the-scenes information (akin to Sonic Mega Collection), artwork, bananna phone and so forth.
