I sold my 4090 for 82% of the buy price. Surprisingly, my 9800X3D's onboard iGPU is enough to play emulated and older games. However, I must concede, the PS5 Pro now outmatches my PC.

Some interesting notes:

1) Top-end PC parts really hold their value.
2) PC gaming isn't as expensive as advertised - rather, think of it as an investment. For a period of 2 years, I had around £1500 invested in Nvidia hardware. After 2 years, I got that money back, and during that 2 years, I had the best GPU available, which means during that 2 years I played every game at higher resolution, settings, and framerate than you did. I feel this should alter the conversation around the cost of PC hardware. Discuss.

Literally only the goddamn 4090 went up in price, bro. And it won't be going down anytime soon because Nvidia is not producing more of them and Moor's law is dead. Literally any other GPU below it has depreciated.
