Their marketing deal happened to be two Gwent decks exclusive to Xbox One's collectors edition of the game.

does every retail edition for HoS come with the cards? Or is there a retail and a limited edition?
Im getting confused because all online shops are using the picture in the op without stating that the cards are included.

Xbox users can still get the cards by sending proof they have bought the expansion pass. Still weird there is no retail version of this, though.
