Time for "what do you think that game is about?"

I know this has happened to me, so there must have happened to others.
Let's try this out.

Basically, take a game that you've heard of (preferably a popular one), but know practically nothing about, like maybe you just know the title of it or just seen a screenshot, and tell us what you think the game is about.

ICO:
I know it's some action adventure game that this board raves about but i haven't tried yet or read anything about it. I'm guessing by the box, you're some kind of viking or something like that and you have to save a kingdom.

Cubivore:
You're a cube who can poop at will. I really can't imagine what kind of game it is, maybe you're an animal who has to eat little animals? No idea.

Civilization:
I'm guessing it's like sim city meets command and conquer. You grow a city into a big giantic beast and then you nuke fellow cities and take everything away from them.

La Pucelle Tactics - Strategy game? Turn-based? 2D graphics? That's about all I know.. I think..

Kingdom Under Fire - Some sort of strategy/action game on a large scale? I know nothing else (except it's on the Xbox)

Dragon Quest series - RPG's. Extremely popular in Japan. That's all I know.

Fire Emblem - Also some sort of strategy RPG type thing, I think, right? A Nintendo franchise. Marth and Roy in Smash Bros. are from it.

Mega Man Battle Chip games or whatever they are called - Not a typical Mega Man game. Some RPG elements, perhaps? Isometric perspective?

Xenogears/Xenosaga/etc. - RPGs. Lots of cinemas. Supposedly awesome story. That's it.

Baten Kaitos - RPG from Namco on Cube.

Tales of (or from?) Symphonia - RPG from Namco on Cube.

Skies of Arcadia - Originally DC, but now on GCN in slightly improved form. Flying battleships are there as well as air battles. Lots of random battling.

How about you go to a videogame website and find out what these games that you do not know about, are about? That would be quite an idea, in my opinion, and I'm sure it would be rather effective in practice. You know, considering that we are traversing the Internets at the present time. Rather effective indeed.

Those are exactly what i think about those games, except Baten Kaitos to me is "Nice looking card based RPG from Namco"

You don't get it :P I don't want to know what they're about, I can chekc that if i'm interested. I'm talking about games you've heard of and have a vague idea of what they're about.

I know what you're trying to say, I just don't see what the point of this is, or what it has to do with anything. Okay, you don't know what some games are, and don't care to actually find out. Awesome.

Phalanx: You're some dude in a rocking chair with a banjo and you have to watch the night sky for UFOs
:lol That one always perplexed me as I glanced over it in the SNES section at Blockbuster back in the day.

Mario Sunshine - A kiddie Nintendo game that I've played 10 years ago

Dead or Alive: Xtreme Volleyball - T&A with nothing to do with volleyball

Rumble Roses - T&A with nothing to do with wrestling

Metal Gear Solid 3 - another long drawn out melodramatic flick pretending to be a game

Xenosaga - Xenogears I miss ya!

Halo 2 - another generic fps

Zelda: Wind Waker - WTF !@#$%

Suikoden 4 - Suikoden 2 where are you?

The Sims 2 University - Zzzzzzzzzzz

Toshiden 3 - I love the first two so this must be awesome!

Pikmin - ?

Nintendogs - ;_;

NBA street 3 - EA = No buy

etc.

Yes I'm very negative about games.
