Todd: Fallout 5 takes place in a world where the events of the show happened or are happening

Show will be long over before this comes out. If anyone had any brains over at BGS then they would have had a game at least deep in development by now.

Probably got a Starfield tv show timed to come out with the next Fallout game knowing them.
With all due respect you have no idea if they have a new Fallout in development and for how long, as for the show it will at least have a third season that we know of.

She show is great and Goggins is a goat so I'll allow it.

In the meantime can you give me a F76 that is offline so I can buy it once and enjoy it by myself instead of this subscription nonsense you have currently? It looks like there is some good content in there but I am never going to experience it.

Wow, you must really love corn!
It's fucking delicious - and depending on where I'm shucking it from- in this case Ms Purnell's undeniably perfect booty pocket - I'm about to be a fucking Native American Chieftain and shuck like the white man ain't a' comin!

and going by your tagline, your wife must know your favorite vegetables as well.

they should have obsidian on it day1 of bethesda purchase, with or without the show.

now they are on their own flop spiral, while bsg will take minimum a full decade to release next fallout, which will suck as usual.

Its would go against the way the studio have operated over the last decade or two if they are. We know how they do things or Elder scrolls would have been out by now (They announced it went into full production shortly after Starfield shipped).

If they've changed tack they would have had to hire a shit ton of people, which you normally hear about. ES6 and Fallout aren't exactly small projects. If ES dropps with a year or two then there's very little chance of Fallout coming shortly after. When have they ever done that before?

Yes I'm assuming, but its a fair assumption no?

If Im wrong then great, but I don't think I am.

The Fallout show's popularity might accelerate development potentially allowing thew next Fallout title to release before the next TES.

TES = The Elder Scrolls
Elder Scrolls is deep in development and the biggest franchise they have its been in development a lot longer than this game.

If it releases before TES ill eat my hat.

They would need 2 full teams and for some reason Bethesda just doesn't want to do that.

Well, based on what I've seen of their recent offerings, I wouldn't trust them to run two separate teams when just having one isn't quite cutting it. Shut the fuck up, Topher Topher . No one cares what you thought about Starfield! :messenger_blowing_kiss:

It's possible it's outsourced to another studio, as you say if it's based around the show surely it would have to release in the next few year's to capture that audience but who knows?

He should have made Starfield but with good writing, characters and a few but hand made systems.

Conceptually Starfield could have been great.
Or they could have just had it take place on one planet on one contiguous map and had it not been about boring space shit.

Mabe they could have done a fantasy game, or a post-apocalyptic game.
