I gotta rant here, and it's probably more fitting for an LJ but there is a point I'd like to make.
There is just too much sickness in my life right now. One of the staff members I supervise may lose her eye due to infection, my cousin was just diagnosed with inoperable stomach cancer and has less than 4 months to live, a friend of my Moms (also a cancer survivor) is dying of cancer right now, and probably won't see the end of September, and a friend is now dying of one of the most advanced and aggressive forms of leukemia right now.
It's all very overwhelming and I don't think I'm equipped to deal with this stress right now.
Anyways, I'm very angry and very upset that all of these people were not given a chance and that Cancer is so rampant and indescriminant that it boggles my mind.
Above all, if you do anything today, just be good to each other.
