You're ignoring the context of how important DVD was during the PS2s prime years on sale. Your comment on "lots" of 360s and PS3s being sold as streaming devices is odd when you're also attempting to deny that many customers bought the PS2 exclusively as a DVD player...
The Switch can't even stream Netflix in 2025.
