Zelda TWW was just too easy and peppered with a lot of boring parts IMO, Mario Kart DD almost made it, but Fzero eats it for breakfast. Viewtiful Joe and Skies are great games, but not my top 5. Echoes and Baten Kaitos will probably be on this list by the end of the year.
