I am not comfortable with revising history or distorting it to send a message. Didn’t get that feeling when I saw it live, other than literally every character was played by a minority other than the King of England, who was a purposely pathetic villain. I did end up enjoying it.

I liked it much more than I thought I would considering its a 3 hour staged musical. The vocal talent of some of these people is ridiculous. Miranda is out shined by literally every other person that has a song.

I don't know if he's garbage, but he's definitely the weakest link in the show. His acting is fine, but he's singing is not great. It's "good enough"
Saw this the other night. Thought it was fantastic. The music was great. Loved Thomas Jefferson (secretly the best character on the show).
