THAT'S where I got this from! Downloaded it much earlier, didn't bother to look at the file until a few minutes ago and nearly crapped my pants with laughter/horror. Crack is a bad, bad drug indeed.

No I don't think so... too many people around to witness the unprovoked attack... driver could claim fear for life... possible a warning and maybe an investigation, but as long as you didn't continue to run over the person I think hitting them once or twice would probably be let go....

I meant if he/she had run him down and killed him. I don't think getting bumped would've slowed the guy down at all, and there wasn't much space for the driver to maneuver. Either way, it'd have been way more trouble than it was worth for the driver to deal with the moron directly, which is bullshit. I wish society had a better way to deal with crazy motherfuckers.

Gotta go with Darien on this one he could have ran him over and gotten off scott free so long as he didn't come back and repeatedly run him over. A crazy guy runs out and starts beatting on your car with a foreign object and screaming obscienties. I can totaly by that the guy was so afraid that he just jamed on the gas and ran the guy over in fear of his life. I don't think a jury or hudge would convict exspecially after seeing the tape.

Why not? I'm in a 3000lb machine. I'd be able to paralyze him insantly if I wanted to. Hell, when he's in front of the car, I'd hit the gas and squish him in between the car in front.

Bullshit. I realize it sounds lame over the internet, but I'm a pretty big guy and if some skinny crackhead dumbass came right up to me and started beating my car, you better believe I would have at least attempted to mess him up. And judging from what this guy looks like, I definitely could have...

I'm not bragging or trying to sound tough, just saying this would piss me off enough that I would have done something stupid like get out of my car. If there were a couple 300 pounders, I probably would have been too scared, but look at the guy man

i dont think so, i think the "i would have gotten out and faught the dude!" is stretching it a little, and i certainly wouldnt have. howeeeeeeeeever, i have no qualms about putting my car into reverse and hitting him. It would have been too easy.
