NIghtdive Studios has announced a physical edition of the Turok Trilogy Bundle for PlayStation 5 and Switch, which includes the remastered versions of Turok, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, and Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion on one disc / cartridge. It will launch on October 31. Pre-orders are available now at Atari.com and various retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, Walmart, and more.

I'm in. Love supporting Nightdive

Would love a real physical release for Dark Forces if possible or a Dark Forces + Dark Forces 2 pack when they eventually get around to Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight

Can't wait for the FMVs in higher quality!

LRG sold serval editions of Dark Forces (OG and remastered) and they're currently left over stock on their site.

I appreciate it but I already know of this, I just don't like LRG and the shipping costs for me make it incredibly expensive.

Less than $13 on the key sites. But these are not remastered.

What do you mean they're not remastered?

The PS5/Switch, Steam, and the ones you linked are all the same games.

Yikes. $50 is ridiculous. Uncharted Collection was far better group of games, more effort, etc. and was $60 MSRP.

I have them all 3, bought the first 2 on Xbox sale. And then the trilogy was far cheaper than Turok 3 separate. So I bought that too lol. 1 and 3 are current-gen patched on Xbox, 2 isn't I think. It feels less good to play because of the 60fps limit.

These games are awesome. 1 and 2 might have a bit too big levels, but its just great to zone out and getting stuck until you find the solution. How we did it in the 90's without indicators? Guides or just persistence.

Turok 3 is kind of mid. But its the shortest and easiest one. You can beat 1 character in 1 or 2 nights. Especially 3 feels like a proper late 90's FPS, where they transitioned to something a little bit more cinematic and linear.

That Steam bundle is just bundling the old version of the games. It's not the bundle that's going to come out that this post is about. Which is why you can buy it now on Steam.

Don't buy it then? This Turok remastered trilogy bundle has been available digitally since Nov 2023, and soon it will also be available on disc/cart for those interested in a physical version, which is why I made this thread.

The Steam bundle has the current versions, the third says "remastered"

The first two doesn't, but says "enhanced" and has all the QOL visual updates and Steam achievements. So are the first 2 games getting remastered again? I assume not

No. You can buy the remasters on all systems digitally. It's just a matter of the physical stuff being available in October. Same games.

The Nightdive website shows this for PC, and links to steam page for Turok (at bottom of page):

Turok 2 page says remastered, and points to steam page (at top of page):

Turok 3 page says remastered, and points to steam page (at top of page):

If I said yikes to $50, obviously I'm not going to pay that amount... And I already pointed to the steam page, so obviously I already know they are available for purchase digitally.

Didn't realize you were policing this thread.

You quoted me so I replied back? In any case, this thread is meant for those interested in the physical version, since the digital bundle has been available for almost 2 years now.
