Telling someone that you love them and that you're always thinking about them...and then discretely ignoring their attempts to talk to you for weeks because you were 'too scared' to tell them that your 'mind has changed' and that you're 'content with our relationship the way it is' [friends] and you want something more with some other guy...

You mean that's NOT leading someone on? WOW, I must know nothing then.

When a girl tells you she loves you its time for a hit and run. Girls of that age do not have any understanding of what love is. To them love = physical attraction/crush.

-a few days later, she started to avoid having any sort of real conversation with me.
-2 weeks later, she tells me that she changed her mind and that she wants to just be friends and that she wants to be closer to some other mofo. and also "i do not lead people on. ever. what i tell them is the truth and when it changes then i tell them and thats the truth."

I don't even care right now though, she's being a total bitch about it.

Nah i was all needy and soft -before- she told me that. :lol that's what made her 'realize' that she 'loved me'

But fuck it was a trap man, or something. Cuz she had a boyfriend at that time...and then she went on a trip to NY for new year's with her dad...and then she came back and ignored me. and then she started to fall for some asshole she went out with before.

:lol that asshole just told me today to 'stop upsetting her'. FUCK, man, yeah THAT was my intention.


Should've seen it coming. Should've listened to Ackbar.


It was a fucking trap.

I've learned to stay away from girls that are coming off a relationship, or are near the end. Their emotions and investment in you cannot be trusted.

Oh, and considering how things have been going recently, I hope to have my own Girl Problems thread up ASAP. Though it'll likely be the bragging type, of which there genuinely is no problem and I'd just like to share my good fortune.

Jesus man, that's some fuckin drama there. I've had the exact same thing happen to me once, she did the exact same thing, said she loved me then avoided me (after being together for roughly 7 months), said things changed with no explenation of how or why. So out of spite of her and all her flaunting around me with the new guy, I started to hit on every single hot friend she had, and hooked up with as many as possible (may not be a good idea all the time, but it worked for me to get her outa my system). Got her so jealous of me that she dumped him and wanted me back, and then you know what I did? I hate fucked her. Just went to town on her with no remorse for her feelings or wants whatsoever, basically hating a girl so much that you would "fuck their brains out". The next day she comes up to me all apologetic saying we should try things out again (I guess hate fucks are what get a girl off these days), so I said fuck off and walked away and left her ultimately feeling like shit and thinking about what she gave up. (I'm a nice guy, I really really am)

I've since gotten a few years older and know relationships much better. I can avoid these situations before they even begin.
