unattractive attractive chicks

Dont u notice that there are some "good looking" chicks that really arent good looking, and yet people coin them hot, here are a few of the ones i dont like

Pink
Sara Jessica Parker
Jessica Simpson (sorta)
 
Drew Barrymore? I think she's the queen of this.

On that note, I think Hillary Duff looks like a horse.
 
Uma Thurman (Weird)
Jennifer Anniston (looks liek lou ferrigno)
Julia Roberts (Mr Ed)
The Williams Sisters (WTF)
Cameron Diaz (She looks like Kevin Sorbo)
Damn near all of those Maxim girls .


I think Jessica Simpson looks kinda offf in pics. She looks way better on her show.

True. But in many cases I can understand that while a girl isn't paticular to my tastes and doesn't do anything for me, I can see how someone else would find her attractive (Kate Beckinsale). With some others however I just don't understand, but it's not all that common (can't think of any immediate examples). Of course most of this thread will probably be dominated by people who can't recognize beauty outside of their paticular tastes.
 
Sometimes I find myself wondering why i fancy girls, 'cos when I break them down, they're really not that good looking. But for some reason I do.

As for Gwen Stefani, she'd never get in my top 10 list or anything, but I have to admit that ever since that Don't Speak video I've fancied her. I think I was just a bit turned on by the sweating on stage that's included to tell you the truth.
 
Since no one else but Claus is speaking out about her, I will have to chime in here and say YECH, NATALIE PORTMAN IS THE NASTY NESSY. I mean, like God. Seriously.

To borrow a phrase from MADtv (which initially was being said about Drew Barrymore) that I think applies to ALL these women, "[They] only look good in the right light. Unfortunately, this isn't the right light."

I know such is the case for me with Uma Thurman. She is perhaps not to great in plain looks, but there is something in her personality, expressions, etc. There is just a certain air/glow about her that makes her cute in a unique sort of way. Scarlett Johansson is similar, she has more going for her at base level, but has the same kind of intangible element adding to it that makes her very attractive to me.
 
Uma Thurman at least has a certain quirkiness about her looks that's kinda attractive in certain situations. Ok, maybe it's just her nose, but still.

I agree. I'd rather stare at someone interesting than another typical blond.

If you were to see any of the women listed in this thread on the street, and they weren't famous, you'd all say, "My, she's quite attractive." It's only measured against the impossible, Photohspped standards of Hollywood that these women look anything less than gorgeous.

Except for the Olsen Twins. Christ, they're hideous.
 
With most maybe, but Drew Barrymore and Pink definitely fall into the dog bracket. Well, harsh on Drew, but she's not attractive.
 
Qestion for the Portman haters: Do you like Keira Knightley? I've always thought they looked similar, and both cute.

Keira Knightley is much better, IMO. Plus points for that sexy British accent.
 
Britney Spears - Seems like everyone creams their jeans when she comes up but she looks so damn average, maybe even a bit below average to me. I've seen so many girls walking around campus that easily beat her as far as looks go. She's not even that talented as a singer so it really can't be that.

Morgan Webb - Same as Spears. Just someone who looks average and unassuming but people here seem to pile on like they're in heat.
 
I'll go with Sara Jessica Parker. I've been wondering what's so attractive about her for years now. maybe I just haven't seen any decent pictures of her, but her cheeks make me think of the scream.

Oh, and I'll add Paris Hilton.

Olsen twins look like scrawny teenage girls, sure.

most of the rest named in this thread are bland, but not terrible, which I guess would make them unattractive.

Uma is attractive, in her own way.

But I can't agree about the Williams sisters. Faces aren't so hot, sure, but that doesn't matter when you've got an ass like they do. Someone please post the Williams/Friday pic.

Props to the forum for not saying Jennifer Garner. I've seen her on these kind of lists before, and that's just wrong. You saved me a good deal of anger. :)
