Okay, some of you might recall I made a Tangerine Dream thread a little while back. Well, I know they are mostly electronic music and all but some of the guitar solos I've heard in their songs are just mind blowing. They speak to me! I feel it's my obligation to give the GAF at least two recommendations. Check out these songs by whatever means necessary:

"Two Bunch Palms" and "Homeless" by Tangerine Dream.

And then report back, that'd be cool. Or I guess if you want to diss my feelings you can recommend something that's got a "100x more technicality and emotion" 'cause I know you'll do it anyway.

This topic deserves some attention.

Trey Anestasio from Phish is the best guitar player Ive ever heard. He may not be the most underrated but I still dont think he gets the praise he deserves. I went to my first Phish show about 7 years ago and it blew my mind. He really challenges people who play along side him. I always lookout for any collaboes that he works on.
