Does anyone know why i keep getting choppy framerates when playing back demos?

There's a setting in the UT2004.ini file that specifies how many frames you can capture. There's two different settings for Internet and LAN, simply make both the same value as the LAN setting.

Search for Demorec in the INI, you'll find it there somewhere.
