Apparently I've missed the guy TWICE. And now I have to wait until Monday for my friggin' Pikmin 2 + Donkey Konga.

Why the hell won't they just let me pick it up there today!

See the weird thing is, so today they were supposed to make their second attempt so I came home straight from school at 1. I didn't see a notice on the door, so I figured they guy didn't come yet so I'll be able to pick it up if I just kick it here. So I just watched TV, played some TS2, and then I go back up a couple hours later and see a notice.

The offices usually are opened on Saturday's. Just call beforehand to make sure they didn't load the package onto a truck to be delivered on Monday.

I called the 1-800 number, and it said you can only pick up with prior arrangement, and not the day of delivery. So I'll call again and actually talk to someone to see what's up. I have to work in like 3 hours too, I just want to play some Konga!!!!!!!!

yeah.. in fact, i once picked something up after hours.. people where still there sorting things out.. i just called beforehand.

yeah, i know with UPS they wouldn't let me pick up on the day of delivery, only the day after, though with Fedex, they let me go as soon as the truck got back to the station....

Yeah, I don't see what the big deal is, unless the truck won't get back to the station very soon.

I'll call the station itself, and not the 1-800 number.

I totally would've prefered Canada Post, since if they don't deliver it, they leave it at the nearest office which is walking distance from my place.

Make sure you sign the release form, sucka. That way you don't have to be home when they deliver it. Unless you have some other problem that I'm not aware of.

they charge you money because they pay for you at the customs, bastards!

UPS gave me a 25$ pay now or don't get your item bill for a 10$ game that the idiot labeled as beeing 100$ in the first place 20$ of charges for the customs bleh

Customs also suck majorly. I hate online shopping for these reasons.......only thing online that I love is ordering pizza.

Customs shouldn't effect small personal sales..

I remember buying a 420W power supply from the States a few years back... $30US shipped. $70cdn at my door step. :X

I'm currently waiting for a heatsink/fan to arrive from California. It was a personal sale, so hopefully the dude was nice enough to send it as a gift to avoid duties.
