because some of us got the game when it came out and werent told to download 1 of the 900 different "official packs" for the game after its release hence we were all downloading 11 megs on what amounted to a dialup connection from the host server.

Man, I don't know what it is about that DM server, but I wasn't able to pick up items over half the time. The ping was fine, but it was like hardly any information was getting through.

First of all, good games all around. We should do this again sometime soon!

It's so funny that demi was pissed at me for sniping...when I managed to get up to that top level with the LG about once that map. Most of the rest of the time, I was just running around lost. CTF-Orbital with three-man teams is just wrong. I'm pretty lousy at CTF, as my scores showed.

DM was fun, but my ping was a little high. Don't let Tekno fool you -- he was kicking a lot of ass.

Like I said...I suck at CTF, so all I can do is roam around and kill people. I try not to hang out by the base TOO much, but it is a good opportunity to kill people.

DM is more my thing, even though I'm kind of a scrub in the grand scheme of things...
