Any difference using a DVI->D-sub cable compared to using just the standard D-sub cable (both ends)?
My video card has both ports but the monitor only has the D-sub connector.
Further to that, the monitor's D-sub connector is not removable so there'd be another connection from that cable to the DVI->D-sub cable.
