VR and alternative options for movement

This is probably a niche topic, but I recently got a Quest 3 and I love it. I connect it to steam to play my games. I've actually been getting better with my motion sickness, which I never thought possible. However, liking this medium so much, I was wondering some opinions on devices such as the Kat VR or loco S for more engaging movements. I've also found VRocker and Natural Locomotion apps on the steam store, but the phone apps appear to be obsolete. Just wondering if any of these are worth it or if it's still a waiting game.
